Steven Blume is a registered professional engineer and NERC-certified reliability coordinator. Mr. Blume’s 40 years of engineering and operations experience includes generation, transmission, distribution, protection, substation and power line design, high voltage testing, safety, and telecommunications. Additionally, he is an experienced expert witness. Mr. Blume holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering specializing in power systems, as well as a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering specializing in telecommunications. Prior to joining Filsinger Energy Partners, Mr. Blume founded a nationally accredited college in power, telecom and renewable energy. He is a lifetime senior member of IEEE and has published two books.
